Beautifully designed assortment of "Empty to ..." labels, typically applied to ballast stock such as Walrus, Catfish, Dogfish, etc.
Understood to be initially applied in straw to complement other wagon detail, some later overpainted with a black panel with white writing when transferred to other regions. Wonderful variations in design to reflect the real things.
